About the event
We will be exploring the voice with vocal toning and visioning the year ahead.
Vocal toning is a technique that uses different sounds to clear the various energy centres of the body. Like humming different sounds. It's a relaxing practice which can also help you to find your voice, speak your truth, open your heart, ground yourself and much more. No experience necessary. Please bring a cushion/sheepskin/mat to sit on and a bottle of water.
We will vision the year ahead, discussing various ways you can bring your dream life to reality. Please bring a notebook and pen.
Attendees have access to a private Facebook group where we continue our practices and discussions from the circles, with extra meditations and videos.
