Come and decompress from all the festive busyness and give yourself time to just be.
Lay down and experience the calming and restorative frequencies of the Gong, shamanic drum and other instruments. Close your eyes and feel a deep relaxation like never before. You will feel calm, rested and relaxed afterwards.
The frequencies of the Gong calm the vagus nerve and penetrate deep into the cells, leaving you feeling renewed.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket and a bottle of water.
We are in Room 3 (the Vic Olley room) at the hall. Enter through the cafe doors at the front of the building.
