Vocal toning, working through the body's energy centres learning how to scan our bodies for any energy blockages and how to clear them. Setting our voices free to totally own the power of our voices ans the gift they are to the world.

Feminine embodiment movement session, setting your body and your energy free to move the divine feminine in you. Ground her in, embody her, live her with each movement, setting your inner world free to let go and surrender to your true essence.

Finishing off with a womb connection sound journey and flowing into a sharing circle for those who wish to share.
